Dear Bruce,

Thank you for coming out to measure another window.  Once again the price quoted was reasonable. I’m still very pleased with the twenty windows you installed in 2003.  Your installers did an excellent job.

I’ve received many compliments on the mirror work that your installers did in my entrance.  It gives the house such a nice look. Again, thank you for your professionalism and high quality of service that you always provide.  Continental Mirror & Glass will be the first that I will recommend to anyone.

Sincerely,  Anna Robinson

PRO TIP #1

Do you have Condensation build-up on the inside surface of your windows?

This is considered a warning sign of a high level of humidity within the house (possibly due to numerous plants, humidifiers, etc) and occurs when outside temperatures are low.

Some indications of surface condensation are water or ice, frost on outside door handles and hinges, mold, mildew, etc.

To minimize this problem you should regulate your household humidity level, ensure free airflow in the house (open draperies, etc.), use vent fans to remove excessive moisture when cooking, doing laundry (ensure dryer is vented to exterior) and use deflectors on forced air vents to deflect hot humified air away from window glass.

Since the glass is always cooler than other surfaces, moisture will condense there.
